Refund Eligibility and Timeline

Full Refund (100%)

Before Course Start Date: Students may cancel their enrollment and receive a full refund if the request is submitted at least 7 days before the course start date.

Partial Refund (75%)

Within First Week: Students who withdraw within the first 7 days of course commencement are eligible for a 75% refund of the course fee, minus any materials or setup costs.

Partial Refund (50%)

Within Second Week: Students who withdraw between day 8 and day 14 of course commencement are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee, minus any materials or setup costs.

Partial Refund (25%)

Within Third Week: Students who withdraw between day 15 and day 21 of course commencement are eligible for a 25% refund of the course fee, minus any materials or setup costs.

No Refund (0%)

After Three Weeks: No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after 21 days from the course start date.

Special Circumstances

Medical Emergencies

In case of serious illness or medical emergencies (supported by medical documentation), students may be eligible for a prorated refund or course transfer, regardless of the standard timeline. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Course Cancellation by Tech.PerCharming

If we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or other operational reasons, students will receive a full refund or be offered enrollment in an alternative course at no additional cost.

Schedule Changes

If we make significant changes to the course schedule that conflict with a student’s availability, and no suitable alternative is available, a full refund may be provided.

Job Loss or Financial Hardship

Students experiencing unexpected job loss or significant financial hardship may request consideration for a partial refund or payment plan modification. Documentation may be required.

Non-Refundable Items and Situations

  • Registration and administrative fees
  • Course materials, textbooks, and software licenses that have been accessed or downloaded
  • Individual tutoring or consultation sessions that have been completed
  • Certification examination fees
  • Late enrollment fees
  • Courses completed in their entirety
  • Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after course completion

Refund Request Process

Step 1: Submit Written Request

Step 2: Provide Supporting Documentation

Include any relevant documentation such as medical certificates, proof of enrollment cancellation, or other supporting materials as applicable.

Our administrative team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the decision via email.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days using the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Course Transfer Options

As an alternative to refunds, students may be eligible to transfer their enrollment to a future course session. Course transfers are subject to availability and must be completed within 12 months of the original enrollment date. A transfer fee may apply for certain circumstances.

Transfer Conditions:

  • Available for students who cannot attend due to scheduling conflicts
  • Must be requested at least 48 hours before the original course start date
  • Subject to seat availability in the desired course session
  • One free transfer per enrollment; additional transfers may incur fees

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may request a review by our management team. All disputes will be handled fairly and professionally. We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns.

For unresolved disputes, students may seek mediation through relevant consumer protection agencies or educational oversight bodies in their jurisdiction.
